Description:    Requirements 
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or Masters preferred--preferably in content marketing, computer science or a related field. 
10 years managerial experience 
5-7 years of e-commerce experience 
Business planning and e-commerce strategy development 
Gift or wedding experience ideal but not essential 

Technical Management 
Evaluate, recommend and implement internal technical improvements and also advise when to engage external partners to enable the company to deliver industry leading sales growth and customer acquisition by best in class digital execution. 
Maximize web usability and engagement. 
Ensure the website is fully functional, compelling and competitive to maintain brand digital leadership in weddings in the US. 
Work with marketing and design to ensure content on-line is engaging, brand appropriate, and inspires loyalty and deeper online customer relationships. 
Engages in ongoing competitor analysis and trends to ensure effective and efficient site experiences. 

Staff Management 
Ensure the E-Commerce teams have clear goals and objectives, are inspired to do well and have a working environment that encourages personal growth and satisfaction. 
Work engagingly across business functions to foster strong bonds and team 
Actively manage staffing schedules to allow the business to manage peaks of activity in a dynamic and efficient way. 
Acts as a liaison to internal teams and 3rd party vendors for development and maintenance of the web site. 
Works across departments to define web roadmap and strategies. 
Works with the Executive Management Team to define the corporate e-commerce strategy
