Description:    Senior Audit Leader to join a Financial Crimes Audit Group in Minneapolis, MN Denver, CO or Charlotte, N.C. The selected candidate will play a vital role in conducting Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) and Global Sanctions compliance audits for various business lines across the Bank. 

Key Accountabilities Include: 
- Lead execution of integrated audits for compliance with the BSA/AML and Global Sanctions as auditor-in-charge. 
- Identify and assess key risks and controls and develop effective test plans 
- Demonstrate professional skepticism and ability to think critically. 
- Exhibit good judgment in identifying issues, present findings to clients, and drafting final audit reports 
- Manage multiple concurrent projects that are generally moderate to large in size and moderate to high in complexity. 
- Evaluate and provide value-added solutions and recommendations to clients for complex problems. 
- Write opinions reflecting relevant facts that lead to logical conclusions. 
- Communicate audit results and findings to clients. 
- Well-rounded understanding of the financial, operational, technical, and regulatory environment in the financial services industry. 

Basic Qualifications 
6+ years audit experience. 

Plusses 
- 6+ years audit and/or risk management experience. 

Preferred Skills 
Bachelor's degree. 
CIA, CRCM, CAMS and/or Commissioned Bank Examiner designations. 
Experience within the financial services industry. 
Experience with anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. 
Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.
