Description:    Requirements 
Bachelors (BS) degree from an accredited college or university required in Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Chemical Engineering. 
Masters (MS) or PhD degree preferred 
Minimum of 10 years of engineering management experience in a global technology based organization 
10+ years experience in Project Management of design and development programs 
5+ Years of direct supervisory experience within a technical organization dedicated to new product development. 3+ Years Experience with Design for Six Sigma and DMAIC tools and processes. DFSS Black Belt training/certification desired. 

Responsibilities 
Develop and prioritize strategic product development roadmaps and champions new product development and engineering programs to the Senior Leadership Team. 
Organize and drive long-term engineering programs and assists in establishing direction for all division products and services. 
Develop long and mid-range plans to improve and standardize design engineering processes and procedures and communications with customers and the Company in order to ensure the continuing ability of the Company to develop and produce high quality products at competitive costs to meet customer requirements. 
Develop plans and recommendations for the incorporation of new technologies, innovations and design processes to improve efficiency and product quality. 
Plan and control product development budgets 
Hire, develop, and retain a team with appropriate behaviors, skills, and experiences necessary to execute the Engineering programs and projects.
