Description:    Client facing role responsible for coordinating key projects within a team on a range of topics. Facilitate a broad range of analytics to establish the clinical and business case for change within the system. 

Requirements 
4-7+ years of professional or project experience working within health care or health insurance 
Understanding of how risk and reimbursement are managed versus the newer models that move risk from Payer to Provider or Fee For Service to Collaboration Models 
Project leadership experience required 
Advanced degree in business, health, analytics, engineering or equivalent business experience preferred 
P&L experience is a plus 
Ability to think and communicate quantitatively 
Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to different environments and clientele 
Proficient in medical and pharmacy claim data, clinical data, and financial modeling 
Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, build credibility and trust 

Responsibilities 

Project Management 
Lead discrete project work streams assessing opportunities and operational requirements to determine market strategies and tactics 
Partner with client executive and physician leadership team to establish trusted advisory relationships, foster leadership consensus and resolve organizational barriers 
Facilitate implementation teams 
Serve as a lead interface between a client and the company's Analytics group 
Identify trends, highlight critical areas, and develop corrective action plans 

Analytics 
Use analytic data to develop actionable, strategic conclusions 
Develop strategic analyses to resolve client central clinical and business needs 
Conduct local market business to business assessments to guide client strategy 
Conduct ad hoc analysis in reference to financial, market, clinical, and performance improvement data provided by the internal Analytics team 
Communicate findings in multiple provider settings
