Description:    Requirements: Four to six years of financial analysis experience 
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or closely related field 
Strong analytical and decision-making skills 
Ability to maintain a professional presence and positive attitude in all situations 
Excellent computer and data management skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) 

Preferred Qualifications: 
Advance degree in finance or equivalent certification (CPA, CFA, etc.) 
1-3+ years of Mortgage Banking Risk Management experience. 
Effective written and oral communication skills. Need to present results of financial analysis and be able to respond to challenges of work product 
Experience using SQL query language or equivalent 
Understanding of statistical modeling and concepts
