Minimum 6 years of experience in Red Prairie WCS managing end to end product support. 
Minimum 5 years of experience in L2 level support. 
Strong experience in functional code in testing, documenting and monitoring production issues. 
Ability to ensure overall quality of the product. 
Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks. 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
Excellent documentation skills. 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Ability to work in a diverse stream. 
Position Description: 
This position will be responsible for supporting the operation of client’s US Supply Chain RedPrairie WCS and Parcel applications. 
Responsibilities include providing 2nd level support and warranty support for services performed on behalf of client organizations/business functions, while informing stakeholders of business impacting events; assisting with production issues during working hours; ensuring quality, functional code is tested, documented, maintained monitored and put into production; including ensuring that the end-users are satisfied with the end result of the work. 
Additionally, the incumbent will be expected to work on multiple concurrent tasks, perform effective time management, and exhibit strong interpersonal skill for communication with various levels of management, coworkers, and stakeholders.
