Description:

Play a crucial role in a firm's application development group, to work closely with Business stakeholders, Development and QA teams throughout software project iterations and releases. 

- Analyze, design, and implement business requirements and features to meet the proposed business need and application architecture
 

- Support the development team by communicating requirements and specifications
 

- Document User Stories and/or Use Cases for Agile Development
 

- Work with both business and development team to prioritize the Product Backlog in preparation for Sprint Planning
 

- Acts as liaison between stakeholders and teams to negotiate Sprint scope
 

REQUIREMENTS
 
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, software application design, implementation and support
 
- Experience in the financial and banking industry (commercial loan acquisition a huge plus)
 
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise level web applications
 
- Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and functional requirements
 
- Experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, XP etc.)
 
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills
 
- Familiarity with Microsoft stack (MS SQL, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework)
 

Nice to have
 
- Experience with Team Foundation Server
 
- Programming hands-on experience
 
- SharePoint
