QUALIFICATIONS:

 

BA/BS in business, finance, computer science, engineering or related field

Minimum of 1-2 years practical change control experience

Expertise in developing change control requirements and process

Experience in continuous process improvement from a change management perspective

Interest in continuing education and certification related to change management

Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills

Practical experience with Microsoft Office applications

Outstanding verbal and written communication

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the Change Control process and effectively communicate Change Control Board decisions across functional teams and management

Manage the implementation of approved changes for all applications and client facing environments using tools and technology

Support quality projects, process improvements and business initiatives using change management methods

Manage audit execution related to application and environment change control
