Technical/Functional Skills
 
• Experience with supporting design engineering applications like Siemens- Comos or Smartplant or Eplan or Promise
• Good understanding of electrical ,instrumentation , P&ID design engineering
• Good understanding of statistical and analytical principles and processes
• CITRIX hosted environment
• SQL Server Knowledge
• ITIL Support Processes
Experience Required 3-4 Years
Roles & Responsibilities • Help Users in resolving the COMOS drawing issues
• Help users to design electrical, mechanical designs in COMOS
• Analyze and recommend improvements/suggestions to drawings built on COMOS platform
• Licenses Management ( providing the access to new users/ unlock the locked licenses)
• Users roles management
• Think and thin client ( Citrix ) set up
• Upgrades and Migration support
• Patch management
Generic Managerial Skills • Experience in support project
• Experience in working with cross-vendor teams
• Good Communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
• Strong customer management skills
• Strong staff management skills
 
 
Education • Bachelor or Masters in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Computer Science or equivalent degree with relevant experience
