• Minimum Bachelor´s Degree, Master or Ph.D. preferred

• 10 or more years job related experience

• Good knowledge in SPICE, AUTOSAR, ISO26262, UML based design modeling and Autocode generation

• Excellent and already proved leadership skills

• Good communication

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

 

• Lead Global Software ACU activities

• Drive global functional group activities to achieve max re-use

• Oversee Talent Management and Career Progression activities globally for the software team

• Drive and secure global alignment for global engineering software resources

• Present Software Technology roadmap/strategies/updates and program performance to customers periodically to build trust in S/W competency

• Drive software engineering efficiency and quality improvement
