Requirements

BS/MS in EE or CS

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of SDLC

Project estimation and planning experience

In-depth knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Project and Excel

Strong knowledge of front-end web application development is a must

Experience with the following would be a big plus: Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Web Services.

Knowledge in TDD / Test Automation / code coverage

Knowledge of Content Management System (e.g. Interwoven) desired.

Experience in UNIX-like Operating Systems

 

Responsibilities

lead several teams responsible for front-end web applications.

agile and waterfall development methodologies as well as test automation

work closely with stakeholders and across teams to ensure projects are delivered on time with excellent quality.

responsible for roadmap/release planning

responsible for staffing and budget forecasting

 

​resolve issues and mitigate risks.

good understanding of software architecture and highly available systems.
