Rate:   $110K - $130K +bonus
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
• Bachelor degree with 10+ years of human resources related experience
• Competence in all functions of  human resources management to anticipate and resolve problems that will benefit the goals and business objectives of the region
• Strong business acumen in order to offer HR solutions to issues strong follow up skills to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner
• Creative and proven problem solving skills with good judgment
• Ability to be impartial when managing through employment issues
• Ability to manage competing priorities while demonstrating exceptional organizational skills while driving results
• Possess exceptional interpersonal skills along with demonstrated written and oral communication skills to effectively influence across the organization
• Ability to collaborate within a matrix environment and with all levels of the organization.
 
Plusses:
• PHR or SPHR
• MBA or Master’s degree in a Human Resources related field
• R&D Industry experience.
 
Lead Human Resources efforts for the division. Must work within the internal HR community to implement policies and practices both legally and compliantly and work with the organization to drive HR strategies aligned with the overall Business direction.
