15+ years of progressive engineering experience, from the field through management in the hydraulic fracturing industry

Experience in supervising / managing a team of field engineers across multiple basins

Experience with frac designs, working with customers, various technologies and industry and shale basin-specific frac methods

Degree in some facet of engineering required (petroleum preferred, mechanical, etc…)

Experience that shows consistent and long-term careers with few employer (cannot be a job-hopper unless clearly explainable)
