Job Description:	PeopleSoft FUNCTIONAL Financial Analyst: Job responsibilities include Functional Support of the following PeopleSoft applications: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, PayBill (Staffing Industry), Asset Management, and Projects/Contracts Responsible for functional support, maintenance and development support of PeopleSoft delivered/custom, internal and 3rd party vendor interface processes. Work directly with business owners & department 'super users' to troubleshoot issues, define requirements, make business process improvement recommendations & develop where appropriate (utilizing user tools such as query, crystal, nvision). Create detailed functional design docs and initiate Change Requests following defined SOX process. Define & create test case scenarios for technical staff as well as assist users with acceptance testing, training & support documentation. Coordinate, facilitate and project manage Financial related functional & technical projects (i.e. new functionality implementations, new report/process requests or enhancements and other development projects). Knowledge of Staffing industry a plus! Must have at least 3-5 years on-hands experience with PeopleSoft
