Sr. C# .net developer + team lead NYC

There are two permanent positions
Location is NYC

One is a Sr. Developer, the other is a team lead.

Sr. developer goes to 130K base + 30K bonus.

Team lead is up to 150K base + bonus. Team lead role requires
supervisory/hands on management experience.

Basic requirement:

experienced .NET senior developers to help design and build the next
generation of their APIs, platforms and services.

Senior developers will design and build a scalable, robust Service
Oriented Architecture using Web Services, .NET (C#) and C++, a new
application platform, and integration and management tools.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years designing and building successful Windows products
* Strong OOD/OOP skills, and experience applying modern design patterns
* Experience with .NET architecture (CLR, GC, and C# programming)
* Experience with Web Services and multi-tier distributed systems
* Experience with high-performance multi-threading in Win32 and .NET
* Working knowledge of MFC, ATL, STL and COM technologies
* Ability to estimate, plan and execute complex technical projects.
