SAP Developer Manager - (PR-Isabela)

Travel Required : Upto 25 %
The primary responsibility of the SAP Manager is to lead a growing Technical department in Puerto Rico. Responsibilities for this position include:
·Oversight of technical capability, growth and development of the department including, quality, utilization rate, standard work, workflow, proficiency levels, headcount targets, on time delivery, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction/growth.
·Managing/mentoring a team of developers
·Troubleshooting software, writing requirement documentation specifications
·Developing/writing ABAP code and test documentation procedures and testing code

Candidate Must Have :
* Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Information system or related field
* Experience with ERP packages and/or middleware packages are a plus
* Strong understanding of the software life cycle
* Certification in ABAP language and SAP is a plus
* Minimum of 3 years of ABAP on the job programming related
·7 years of experience in project management in the software development field.
Fully bi-lingual English-Spanish
