Min. 3 years of hands-on experience with the PeopleSoft HCM v.8.8+ application; At least 2 full lifecycle (6+ months) implementations of one or more PeopleSoft HCM eApps along with automated workflow. Projects should have also included implementation of one or more PS applications: HR, Benefits Admin, Payroll, and/or Time & Labor for clients with 5,000 or more employees.

Candidate Must Have :
* All Must have's below need to be recent within the last year.PS Functional Consultant.
* Knowledge & use of structured PM and application development methods, Strong client relationships with client admin and mid-management levels.
* PS HCM e-Apps v8.8 and 8.9 application functionality,PS HR v8.8 and 8.9 application functionality.
* Experience in defining application and workflow scope for HCM eApps, Able to define requirements for HCM eApps business processes ,Able to plan and deliver client demonstrations,Able to disposition gaps identified during fit/gap assessment.
* Experience in process re-design, application configuration, design,Experience in data conversion, testing, training, and cutover activities, Able to assist in project estimates for HCM eApps implementation projects.
