Programmer Consulting Assignment-Westchester, PA $$ Open- 3 month Period( Could Be More)

Strong background in C under Linux.

            -Familiar with digital capture cards using Video for Linux and the DVB API

-Experience with Mpeg-1, Mpeg-2, Mpeg-4, H.264, and other digital audio and video formats.

            -Experience demuxing, decoding, encoding, and remuxing program and transport streams.

-Experience analyzing elementary streams and PES packets

            -Familiar with Libavcodec, Libavformat.
