The Maintenance Manager provides support for maintenance and site projects, ensures proper maintenance control procedures, and develops staff for team and plant performance. This position will best fit a leader who is self-motivated and results and action oriented, who is able to maintain a strong influential relationship across many groups. The leader in this position must have strong project management, process, and resource management skills.

Candidates must demonstrate strong understanding of team dynamics and motivation.

Requirements: BS Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline and 5-7 years plant maintenance and/or engineering experience. The ability to lead diverse groups or people with varying education, experience, and backgrounds, as well as, strong interpersonal skills is key. Three or more years of food/beverage manufacturing experience is desired.

Candidate Must Have :
* BS Degree in Engineering , Science, or related discipline
* 5-7 years plant maintenance and/or engineering experiences
