Reporting to the Site Manager, the Sr. Client Fund Reporting (CFR) Manager is responsible for the management of approximately 20 professionals and oversight of deliverables for the following support functions for Advisory Services clients: Regulatory Reporting, Tax Reporting, Statement Production and Delivery, Investment/Regulatory Compliance Monitoring, IRA Administration, Account Setup/Maintenance, Client Billing, Audit Coordination, Client/Ad-Hoc Reporting, Financial Statement Publishing, and Wire Transfers/Callbacks. This individual is also responsible for continuously promoting adherence by department staff to established departmental and corporate policies and procedures for the completion of client/ internal deliverables. In addition, the incumbent will be asked to participate and play a leadership role in various tactical and/or strategic initiatives. This position has a high level of interaction with the client. He/she is expected to promote consistency across all product areas, support peers and cross-functional initiatives, share ideas/ efficiencies and promote best practices. He/She is also responsible for identifying and implementing system/process improvements designed to reduce risk and promote efficiency.

Bachelors degree required. Emphasis in Accounting, Economics and/or Finance preferred. 8-12 years of industry experience with 5-7 years of managerial experience. Experience in managing regulatory, financial and tax reporting, compliance and account administration, and client account support for all types of accounts (including separate accounts, mutual funds, and limited partnerships). In depth experience with securities industry/financial markets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Knowledge of investment accounting, performance, and financial/regulatory reporting systems.
