 Market Data Analyst that will assume responsibility within the Information Technology department and support the Front Office area. The incumbent will mainly be responsible for representing Market Data Services and IT to all business lines and business services in respect to all technical and administrative Market Data

Related queries. This representation consists of but is not limited to support of all Market Data infrastructure, level two support to desktop services, functional responsibility of all Market Data applications, content management, vendor management, cost control,inventory management, contract management, support and management of all stand alone services (infrastructure and desktop),

Triarch DACS management, and knowledge of all financial markets that our clients are involved. This position is located in New York

City.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Inventory via MDM

• Allocate and report on 13MM+ of Market Data expenses

• Manage MDM database

• Control Cost of all Market Data Services for business through management reporting and group audits.

• Knowledge of all content providers by industry and competing vendors in that sector. Extensive knowledge of financial industry.

• Functional expertise of all Market Data applications

• Formulate and manage relationships with all Market Data vendors;

• Management of DACS permissioning system;

• Vendor Management; Contract management;

• Exchange reporting

• Dacs Reporting

• Support of all Market Data Applications Infrastructure

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree preferred;

• Market Data industry training preferred;

• Basic Desktop knowledge;

• Knowledge of networks and firewalls;

• Knowledge of Triarch and DACS;

• Knowledge of MDM;

• Knowledge of Market Data application functionality;

• Knowledge of financial industry;

• Knowledge of Market Data industry;

• Relationship management; Project Management;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix managed international organization with multiple reporting lines;

• Personable and reliable self-starter who requires minimal management oversight for day to day work responsibilities;

• Proficiency with computers including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;

• Strong attention to detail with a pro-active approach to solving and preventing problems;

• Ability to work under pressure/deadlines and manage multiple priorities;

• Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management.
