The SAP Training Project Manager (PM) is directly accountable/responsible for successful project delivery of SAP end-user training consulting engagements. The PM provides hands-on leadership & direction to the project team, which generally consists of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees, as well as manages client relationships. The PM participates in qualifying and pursuing client sales opportunities, playing a lead role in developing the solution, scope, estimates, and client proposal, and may be heavily involved in business case development. This is a hands-on consulting delivery role. Assignments may include other HR applications or non-SAP. Prefer experience leading organizational change activities for large organizations; prefer prior consulting experience.
To be considered qualified for this role candidates must have a minimum of 8 years experience in a combination of developing, delivering, and leading SAP end-user training on large-scale ERP implementations. Strong technical writing skills required to develop training strategy, plans, and design, as well as client proposals. Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills. Experience using structured project management methodology and experience playing key role on sales pursuits. As the majority of our work is performed at client sites, 100% travel will be required and candidates must live near major metropolitan airports.
Candidate Must Have :
* 8 years experience in developing and delivering and Leading SAP and ERP end-user training
* experience applying instructional design methodology, learner strategies, & delivery media alternatives to training design
* 5 years of experience as an external consultant
* able to travel Monday through Friday each week
* Have Project Management experience
