PeopleSoft HR Project Manager (PM ) will have a minimum of 10 years of technology implementation experience, at least 5 of those years with PeopleSoft implementations, Minimum 5 year’s employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities;Demonstrated hands-on project management experience with at least 3 full lifecycle, successful HCM engagements involving technology/process initiatives. BTO / shared service center experience preferred.

Candidate Must Have :
* PeopleSoft HR Project Manager (PM ) will have a minimum of 10 years of technology implementation experience, at least 5 of those years with PeopleSoft HCM implementations.
* Minimum 5 year’s employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities.
* Demonstrated hands-on project management experience with at least 3 full lifecycle, successful HCM engagements involving technology/process initiatives. BTO / shared service center experience preferred.
* Proven experience improving HR operational metrics
* The PM also participates in qualifying and pursuing client sales opportunities, playing a lead role in developing the solution, scope, estimates, and client proposal, and may be heavily involved in business case development.

6.Understanding of Human Capital Management and working functional/technical knowledge of PS HCM applications.
7.Needs hands-on developed project deliverables - formal/structured, Establishing & managing development standards, Change Management planning through implementation and requirements definition, mapping & gap analysis.
