Job Description:	Job Description Development and Enhancement of a reporting system for Par Loans.  Attend meetings with peers. developers, users, and management to gather specification and follow the internal software development process to implement the solutions. Senior Software Developer with Windows (COM, C ++) and some .Net development experience.  Self starter. Team Player, Good Communication skills required ---must be able to interact with the business and a vendor on specification, design, development and deployment.  Project Management experience is a plus (project time estimates, time tracking, documentation, and project tracking).  Must be able to handle multiple projects at a time based on the current demand. Minimum Requierment Platforms: Window OS Other Programming Skills: C#, VBA Hands-on client/server application development experience in these areas: Visual C++, COM, SQL Sever, Clearcase. Software design background essential.  Some background in .Net and C# required. Business Knowledge:  Finanacial background required.  Fixed Income background a definite plus. Communication Skills:  Strong communicatin skills Function: Wall Street office (product), VCH.com interface with vendor strong windows background MFC, C++ front end application developer.
