The Knowledge & Collaboration (K&C) Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of K&C process transformation & change management initiatives. The Consultant will work at both strategic and tactical (execution) levels within companies to define their KM, Collaboration, Web 2.0, collaborative innovation, social networking, and other social computing programs from business case through implementation, delivery, and measurement. S/he will perform this work in a specific business context (roles, processes, LOBs, and customers) with measurable benefit to line(s) of business. The candidate will demonstrate knowledge of K&C methodologies and practices (e.g., web 2.0, social network analysis, collaborative innovation, etc.). This individual may provide hands-on leadership, direction, & mentoring to a team as well as manage client relationships. As the majority of our work is performed at client sites, 100% travel will be required and candidates must live near major metropolitan airports.
Candidate Must Have :
* requires recent significant (2- 5 yrs.) and relevant work experience with a large Financial Services firm in the Financial Markets, Banking, or Insurance industry
* Consulting experience
* 5 years design work with substantive knowledge management or collaboration projects with min. 3 yrs. experience designing specifically for social computing platforms
* Web 2.0
* collaborative innovation, social networking
It is expected that newly hired resources live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 miles) of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Hartford, CT; Houston, TX; Kansas City, MO; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; New York City, NY and surrounding area; Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; and Washington, DC.
