Technical Lead for Enterprise Application Technology

New York City

Position will be responsible for technical leadership for developing the
middle-tier/backend of an enterprise application and various integration
processes.

The successful candidate will work independently, be a problem solver,
and take primary responsibility for the technical architecture and
development efforts.

The candidate will be comfortable leveraging existing code and
frameworks. Working closely with a senior technical manager, front-end
development lead and business analyst the position help rationalize and
enhance the cash flow management application within the organization.

Degree/Major Preferred: Computer science / Software engineering
Bachelors and Masters Required

Education, Experience, Skills: B.S. or higher in Computer Science or a
related field.

* Five or more years' experience designing and constructing middle-tier
applications.
* Expert knowledge of C# and Microsoft .NET, .NET WinForms, middle tier
application services, messages and messaging services, serialization,
database interfaces.
* Experience in developing moderate to complex enterprise desktop
applications in a client/server environment -web experience not
required.
* Strong understanding of data-modeling, SQL tuning, concurrency
control, stored procedures, data replication/integration etc.
* Experience in the Financial or Banking industry, basic understanding
of financial/banking industry business data entities.
* Experience with Sybase/Microsoft SQL.

Desired Education, Experience, Skills: Experience in the Financial or
Banking industry, Sybase/MSSQL experience

Salary Range: 100K - 130K
