You will -
* Increase revenues to the bank from commercial customers in an assigned territory, primarily through commercial loans and deposit outstandings growth with an emphasis on cross-selling the banks other product offerings.
* Maintain the relationship with existing customers while focusing on actively seeking out new relationships for the bank.
* Drive a plan of action, created by you, to grow the business and achieve sales objectives.
* Anticipate the needs of customers and adds value to customers in every interaction.
* Quickly uncover the critical credit factors that will impact the loan risk and know if it is a deal worth pursuing.

You and your skills -
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Five or more years of commercial banking experience that focuses on prospecting for new clients, managing the relationship of existing customers and good underwriting skills
* Strength in marketing and developing business
* Demonstrated ability to perform at the highest levels expected of a Relationship Manager

Candidate Must Have :

* Bachelor's degree
* Five or more years experience as a commercial lender
* Formal credit training
