Oversight of the fund accounting agent and the fund accounting records prepared. Ability to prepare mutual fund/closed-end fund financial statements, analyze expense accruals and prepare operating budgets, preparation of fund compliance reports covering prospectus, investment company, Internal Revenue Code monitoring, preparation of certain financial-based SEC filings (Forms N-SAR, N-CSR, N-Q) and completion of financial information required of certain other SEC filings (Form N-1A or Form N-2, proxy statements, etc.). Creation of spreadsheets supporting financial calculations surrounding amounts available to fund shareholders, federal and state tax workpapers and other financial matters affecting investment companies.

College graduate with a major in finance or accounting, 2 to 5 years experience in fund accounting and administration of mutual funds or closed-end funds. Extensive experience in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills a plus - e.g., pivot tables). Well organizated with the ability to handle tasks.
