Senior Financial Analyst - (US-NY-Tarrytown)

Compensation: $60K - $84K / Year

Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales organization to deliver annual plan
• Review Customer/Division P&Ls and identify risks and opportunities
• Conduct analysis of all financial investments (IFR requests, Post-event analysis and Slotting investments)
• Assist in maintaining financial reporting tools
• Assist Sales in resolving issues with non-compliance to policies
Responsible for Period reporting
• Develop trade accruals, complete period close templates and provide clear explanations of performance results/variances to Plan, Forecast, Last Year
• Clearly document Trade Accrual Report reconciliation as per guidelines
• Conduct liability analysis
• Ensure LAPS/Compass compliance
• Ensure SOX compliance
• Work with manager to prepare period business review
Work with manager to develop forecast and complete forecast templates
Assist in planning process
• Work with Account Managers to build customer plans
• Assist Compass Compliance Analysts and Sales with Plan entry into planning tools
• Review customer plans to ensure they meet SROT
• Roll up financials and review against overall financial expectations
• Work with Manager to prepare communication/presentation to Business Units

Requirements:
• 5+ years of financial analytical/planning experience (within a Sales organization)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Masters of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate performance (variances, forecasting)
• Financial Reporting Experience
• P&L Analysis
