Audit or Tax Specialists with hedge experience - (US-NY-New York)

Compensation: $75K - $100K / Year
Min Education: Bachelors

Responsibilities include:
Preparation of tax working papers and drafting of tax reports, including K-1’s
Liaison between the external tax auditors, clients and fund accountants
Coordinating with senior audit/tax firm staff to improve procedures and controls going forward
Training, developing and managing staff located in India
Candidates must have the following:
5 years audit and/or tax experience

Prior exposure to hedge funds
K-1’s and PFIC
Experience with USGAAP financial statements
Experience with Advent Geneva or Advent Partner a plus
All applicants MUST be US citizens or lawful permanent residents or have some other authorization that does not require employer-specific sponsorship.
