Business Analyst in FX Options - (US-NY-New York)

Compensation: $120K - $160K / Year

Serve as primary customer support resource in NY for the FX Options product
Respond to customer questions and complaints, both on and off site, regarding the use, meaning, interpretation, customization, and integration of all aspects of the product installed at the customer
Conduct pre and post sales demonstrations of for bank and hedge fund customers
Analyze the business functionality for purpose of responding to customer needs for fixes and enhancement of the product
Assist and support the development of risk managements solutions for front and back end users
Assist customers with complex P&L reconciliation troubleshooting
Assist developers in planning, designing, and testing their code
Provide knowledge and input regarding enhancement of the FX options functionality within the standard Front Arena product

Requirements:
Three to five year background in FX options trading, sales, and application support or the equivalent in other advanced financial products
Education in a quantitative discipline
An understanding of derivative instruments and currency markets
Experience in customer relations
Ability to manage projects and efficiently communicate across global time zones via telephone and webex
