Hands-on development under guidance of project management on the development of our strategy server algorithms

(C++) and TSF (C#) applications. To include: infrastructure, servers, and client-side libraries.
Developer testing and support of QA
Work in an eXtreme Programming environment

Essential Technical Knowledge / Skills
What level of expertise is needed? 1 = Familiar With 3 = Working Knowledge of 5 = Expert

Programming/algorithms/problem solving (5)
C++ and related libraries such as STL (5)
OO design and programming (5)
Development experience on Windows (4)
Development experience on Unix/Solaris/Linux (2)
Development experience with .NET/C++ (4)
Python or other scripting language (3)
SQL programming knowledge and experience with relational databases (2)
Knowledge and experience of working in the Financial Industry (3)
Other Desired Skills / Experience
Self motivated individual with drive to grow and expand knowledge beyond current role in the long term
Ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task & work in a demanding, time-critical environment.
Experience with performance tuning applications
Architecture experience
Automated Testing experience
Experience investigating and analyzing new technologies

Degree BA/BS, MS a plus
