The QA Analyst is responsible for all aspects of our Quality Assurance Program/Software Testing. This person holds primary accountability for the bug-free release of all software applications, reports, documentation, and performance benchmarking. Coordinates the correction of defects and manages business requirements with the off shore / on shore development and QA teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Test new features that meet user requirements.
Provide program and system documentation that non-technical people can easily understand.
Create test plans and test cases to test the connectivity, functionality, and the proper flow of information across applications.
Conduct automated and manual testing.
Execute integration and/or performance testing.
Identify and manage defects.
Skills and Qualifications:

The following are the minimum requirements for consideration.
You must be able to work both independently with little supervision and in a team environment and with off shore/on shore teams with equal ease.
BS in Computer Science with 5+ years of industry experience or MS in Computer Science with 3+ years of industry experience.
Substantial, verifiable and successful experience, to include extensive work with each of the following: large scale server systems architecture and design, testing Internet based services that are well regarded for their quality, scale and stability - ideally .NET and ASP.NET services running on Windows, experience with QuickTestPro, LoadRunner, and other standard QA testing tools, and experience with bug tracking tools such as QualityCenter, RequestTracker, Remedy, Elementool, and others.
A passion for QA, including an ability to successfully evangelize QA principles with senior management outside of the QA management hierarchy.
Strong hands on experience in designing and developing test harness tools and automated (front and back end) testing in the web world.
A working knowledge of MS-SQL databases.
To enhance your candidacy, you should also have:
Strong analytical skills to document test requirements and test cases as needed.
Ability to raise project issues and risks, and provide helpful resolution strategies for more senior managers to make informed and accurate decisions among available choices.
Experience with code review in .net environment.
5+ years experience working with object oriented code bases such as C#, Java, or C++.
Experience with open source technologies.
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
Experience running a hosted online service, or experience with enterprise computing is highly desirable.
Successful history of defining and leveraging automation.
