This is a job that will be primarily in the New York area in the banking and financial services practice but does requires the willingness to travel heavily. This person can reside anywhere in the US (New York area people will just travel less).

This is a client facing role that is responsible for managing multiple clients concurrently (let's say 2 or more investment firms or banks).

The person will liaise with a counterpart in India to insure that test requirements are being fullfilled according to requirements.

This is not a hands on test manager or, for that matter, a job for someone who is managing testing for a single institution.

They want someone who has the experience of doing it for multiple firms. This person will come from consulting and have offshore experience.
