Job Description:	Must be very polished and professional.   Department Institutional Investment Services Job Title Institutional Client Service Associate Job Description ·        Direct responsibility for internal client servicing efforts various strategies. ·        Work with client service director and portfolio management team to customize client communications. ·        Preparation of monthly and quarterly client portfolio reviews. ·        Various responsibilities for preparation of RFPs and RFIs along with monthly/quarterly update of consultant databases. ·        Support client service professionals as necessary. ·        Project work as needed. Qualifications ·        3 years working experience and/or knowledge of the securities industry. ·        Strong writing skills a must. ·        High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word. ·        Excellent attention to detail. ·        Team player. ¨      "Can do" attitude. ·        Excellent organizational skills. ·        Good communication skills. ·        Able to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities. Education Bachelor's Degree in either Business/Finance or Accounting.
