Content Management System Developer –

 2-4 yrs exp.

 

       H1-B Visa holders' can be presented

 

Responsibilities include the following:

                   Work with others on the Content Management team to research, develop, and implement industry standards and best

                      practices for our WorldServer Content Management System, XML authoring tool, and output customizations.

           Develop, test, and debug new features/customizations for Content Management system and CM tools using open source

              technology and the WorldServer Java-based SDK.

           Develop, test, and debug our Enterprise Content Management web-based search application using the company's software

              product.

           Integrate and/or replace our current Technical Documentation application with the Enterprise Content Management search

              application.

           Help administer and perform maintenance for our Content Management system and its SQL and XHive databases as needed.

           Adhere to the department's development and testing policies.

           Create programming specifications for each project.

 

Skills Required:

                            Proficient in XSLT, XML, and J2EE.

           Working knowledge of IDEs, preferably Eclipse.

           Working knowledge of SQL database.

           Familiarity with content management systems, XQuery, and XPath.

           Familiarity with .NET.

           SQL database programming experience.

           Ability to work on multiple, moderately complex projects.

           Excellent communication skills.

           Excellent time-management skills.

           Knowledge of localization a plus.
