Senior Software Developer - Remedy (Consultant) to join our Automation & Product Services Department. The qualified candidate will be analyzing, designing, and maintaining software applications and reports. They will also provide application support for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities to include:

• Requirements Gathering
  
• Application Development
  
• Full responsibility for technical design, user interface design, coding, documentation, and product scheduling of new functionality and enhancements for a Change Management System.
  
• Working with software users to gather, analyze, and define business requirements for new software features and changes to existing features

Required Skills

Experience Required/Results Expected:

• ITIL foundations certified
  
• Experience with Remedy ARS 7.0 including mid-tier.
  
• Experience with MS SQL
  
• Develop and support software applications completely and on schedule
  
• Align applications to organizational vision
  
• Project Management experience
  
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to document applications
  
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
  
• At least 3 years experience
  
• Can work independently to complete assigned portions of  project
