Must have experience working  in an onsite-offshore model  - must be a person who is collaborative as he/she will be wearing many hats: managing 1-2 personnel in house, remote personnel & serving as a go-to resource for this newly created operational team in India. This is a 24x7x365 environment - the successful candidate must be articulate, flexible & adaptable to change.

Job Description:	Technology Services Manager - $70-85k + 10% bonus Serve as the central point of contact for all issues: Operational Support, Build/implement/maintain SLA's, Change Control, performance/availability reporting & overall metrics of the expanded technology environment [in the process of establishing an offshored presence in India]. Responsibilities include: Serve as the #1 go-top resource in the IT Organization on a daily basis: for off-shore issues, dealing directly with all areas of IT Assist in the design,documentation & implementation of further Remedy & enterprise Systems Management Automated tools The ability to manage a local, remote & off-shore team - communications skills along with the ability to document clearly & concisely is required.
