Senior Technology Project Manager -$100-120K NYC

Senior Technology Project Manager who will perform project management and business analysis for key projects in the Trade Banking Systems Group. The major applications include Global Trade System, Office Manager Exchange, Trade Inquiry, and Documentary Credit System.

Responsibilities:
* Writing and facilitating business requirements and functional specification documentation.
* Interacting with other application and business subject matter experts, functional managers, global user areas, offshore providers, and partner banks technology teams.
* Managing select projects in the group

Business Skills: 
* Minimum of ten years experience in data processing with extensive business analysis, project management, systems analysis and design of large processing and customer facing systems.
* Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills are required.
* Experience with the following technologies is strongly desirable: .NET, J2EE, RDBMS experience with DB@, Sybase or Oracle.
* Experience with mainframe operating systems (DB2/COBOL/IMS) is a plus.
* Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes, including Capacity Maturity Model (CMM, CMMi) project initiation, planning, definition, design, construction and testing phases,
* A background in Trade Services (Letter of Credit) is a plus.

Education/Licenses/Certifications: 
* College degree preferred. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
