Job Description:	EXHIBIT A     Job Description- Business Objects Administrator   The Business Objects System Administrator position involves administration of Business Objects Servers in the development, testing and Production environments. Required experiences: . 6+ years of Business Objects Architecture, deployment and development experience. . Candidates should have In-depth knowledge of Business Object 6.5 administration on AIX platform. Understands the Business Objects security model of 6.5 and upgraded XI R2. . At least 5 years of experience in Business Objects Server components installation, applying fixes/service packs, performance tuning and monitoring. . Strong Knowledge of Business Objects product families, specifically the Business Objects (BO) Web Intelligence, BO Universe development, BO Report development, Business Objects SDK, BO Ad Hoc reporting, BO System usage monitoring, BO Security design and implementation, BO Central Management Console, BO Info View, BO Scheduler. . Over 4 years experience supporting Business Objects applications at the enterprise level environment with ETL and Data Warehouse implementation. . Significant experience with Administration and all other aspects of Business Objects Enterprise; Designer, Desktop Intelligence and Web report development, software configuration, security integration, and deployment. . Experience with design of different Business Objects deployment architectures, including clustering, high-availability, and fault-tolerance. . Strong working knowledge of BO Auditor (configure Auditor events and reporting, analyze events for performance improvements). . Migration experience from Business Objects 6.5 to Business Objects XI R2. . Experience in working within the Windows 2003 and AIX is must. . Experience designing Disaster Recovery environment for Business Objects and Crystal Enterprise. . Experience in Financial system is preferred. . Have solid knowledge of Oracle database, SQL, and PL SQL. . Significant experience with Administration and all other aspects of Crystal Reports Enterprise 10 and XI is preferred. . Experience in web technologies, J2EE web application infrastructure (Web Sphere V5+, ITS) and Web Application Security (LDAP) is a major plus. . Participate in an on-call rotation for 24x7 supports. . Willing to work in a flexible work schedule.   Qualification Requirements 1. A master's degree in computer science from an accredited college and three years of progressively more responsible, full-time, satisfactory experience using mainframe, mini- or micro-computer technology in computer applications programming, systems programming, computer systems development, data telecommunications, data base administration, or planning of data processing, at least 18 months of this experience must have been in an administrative, managerial or executive capacity in the areas of computer applications programming, systems programming, computer systems development, data telecommunications, data base administration, or planning of data processing or in the supervision of staff performing these duties; or 2. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and four years of experience as described in "1" above; or 3. A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and six years of experience as described in "1" above; or 4. Education and experience equivalent to "1", "2" or "3" above. However, all candidates must have at least a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and must possess at least three years of experience as described in "1" above, including the 18 months of administrative, managerial, executive or supervisory experience as described in "1" above.         Essential Skills .
