Job Description:	This job will go to 66K (not bonus eligible).  Department Performance Measurement Job Title Performance Analyst Job Description ·        Compute/ maintain performance returns on Institutional accounts ·        Maintain composite construction spreadsheet ·        Manage data links to create reports from the composite construction sheet ·        Load accounts' performance history into 'Base-Two' Performance system and identify/ maintain product composites ·        Support Institutional Marketing by providing account returns versus respective benchmarks for various time periods ·        Support SMA Marketing by providing standard and ad-hoc reporting ·        Ad-hoc research Qualifications ·        Knowledge of Securities Industry ·        Experience in calculating performance returns ·        Very strong Microsoft Excel skills ·        Acute attention to detail ·        Flexibility with respect to assignments, hours, etc. ·        Ability to handle special projects and ad-hoc requests ·        Familiarity with GIPS, PPS ·        2 -3 years work experience ·        1 - 2 years performance experience Preferred ·        Bachelors Degree ·        Finance or Accounting major Jersey City, NJ 07302-3973 . ______________________________________________________________________
