Senior Cisco person with CVOICE for Holliston, MA to $125,000

It will be a senior resource, with exceptional Cisco experience

 

Associate PM/PM level position, up to $125k salary.  

Location: Holliston, MA.  

potential for on-call rotation.  

The primary role of this position is to support the Global Operations Center.   The person will be responsible for providing expert-level hands-on diagnosis & troubleshooting as well as setup and configuration of Cisco based IPT customer solutions.    Key products involved are; Call Manager, Call Manager Express,  Voice Gateway and Cisco Unity.   Will also be responsible for planning and performing a wide variety of customer moves-adds-changes (MACs) including changes to dial plans and phone set features.   Work directly with customers and customer support teams to understand and support network design, redesign or other new initiatives.   

 

Qualifications:

·         Cisco CVOICE and IPT product line expert. Cisco Call Manager, Unity, IPCC Express, CME, CUE, GK Trunk, and GW hand on experience. Rich knowledge in VoIP protocol SIP, H.323, MGCP, G.711, G.729, ISDN, T1 PRI, and T.38.

·         WAN protocol MPLS, ATM, Frame Relay, PPP, HDLC, DS1, and DS3.

·         CCIE is preferred

·         At least 7 years working in complex network environments and a CCIE with a telephony focus for the past 3 years.Cisco Certified Voice Professional preferred

·         3 years experience in the support and configuration of targeted technology or combination of voice certifications and experience.

·         Ability to communicate and work directly with customers for changes
