Informatica/MicroStrategy developer for Algo Trading base 90-110k base plus bonus.

Job Description:

We are seeking a lead developer to build a robust data & reporting system for algorithmic trading. The system needs to collect & clean data, provide a research environment for quants, provide automated reporting tools for support, provide business intelligence for sales. Requires a solid understanding of efficient architecture and latest technologies to rapidly process, store, and distribute large quantities of data.

 

The idea candidate has:

Experience overseeing development.

C#, C++, Java

Reporting Tools, such as Crystal Reports/MicroStrategy/Cognos

Enterprise Transformation Tools, such as Informatica

Databases, such as Sybase ASE, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase IQ

Solid understanding of database and reporting architecture.

Experience working with large data sets

At least 8 years software development experience

Organized

Attention to detail

Bachelor's Degree in computer science

 

Desired, but not necessary:

FIX understanding

Financial Trading data

Vhayu/Kx

Sybase IQ
