The Development resource is responsible for the developing enterprise and domain services (SOA) within Common Services team, focusing on design, development, testing, and implementation, execute root cause analysis on services as needed, improving stability and performance of the services as needed. Recognize where design and development challenges may be and formulates strategies to address. Demonstrate detailed knowledge of assigned technologies - often possessing a breadth of knowledge with multiple technologies, platforms, or systems. Communicate frequently and professionally to team members, external vendors, other I/S personnel, and clients. Assist in identifying and implementing developmental improvements. Create and update technical project specifications and detailed documentation throughout the system development lifecycle. Complete all assigned tasks on time and within budget and quality standards. Contribute to the definition of best practices and standards for assigned applications.

Candidate Must Have :
* webMethods, Java/J2EE experience
* 5+ yrs as a full-time Integrated Services Developer
* Working experience with version control management tools, facilities and working experience with unit testing, performance testing validation
* Working experience with different application Integration, database (oracle, DB2, MSSQL) integration, messaging (MQ) integration
* Working experience with Mainframe Integration solutions development and various operation system platforms

Additional Information :
o C#.NET experience combined with web services development is preferred
o Ability to work independently,
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Strong interpersonal and English language communication skills
o Must be capable of explaining and documenting procedures, issues, and resolutions to wide range of technical and non-technical audiences

2 Roles and Responsibilities
o Troubleshooting, deploying, and working with high volume, high performance requirement services delivery.
o Provide input to engineering / architecture teams for optimal lifecycle management of enterprise services delivery and supportability
o Willingness to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
o Highly organized, process-oriented approach to work
o Building, configuring, and maintaining the various systems
o Work w/our production readiness teams to ensure correct setup and code migration for test and production environments
o Perform quality reviews of developed code prior to migration
o Ensure proper operating/development standards are maintained
o Working with the project team to determine and document all appropriate installation configurations
o Schedule, facilitate, and coordinate change control activities
o Working knowledge of Change Control, Quality Assurance, and/or Project Management practices
o Working with other project teams to manage system releases/upgrades.
