Program Manager - (US-CT-Windsor Locks)

Compensation: $80K - $100K / Year

Program manager responsible for leadership and successful completion of major JDEdwards ERP implementations as well as minor business critical IT projects
- Consult on best practices in the design, development, documentation, configuration, testing and integration of the business systems as a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne functional expert
- Ability to create the business models and business requirement scenarios and translate business functionality into object model and model the requirements at the subsystem level
- Create documentation and follow standards and methodology as defined by the Information Technology System Development Life Cycle

A BS or BA in related fields. Graduate degree a plus.

- 4 year overall experience in J.D. Edwards functional
- PMI certification a plus
- Experience in at least four, full-life cycle implementations of current versions of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as a functional lead
- Proficient with at least 3 modules of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
- Knowledge of business processes and best practices.
- Experience in developing reports in RDA/ERW
- Familiar with CNC concept, OCM mapping, and OMW usage
- JD Edwards EnterpriseOne certification is a plus

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Expert project management skills (PMI certification a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills, which demonstrates confidence and fosters a “trusted advisor” relationship with the leadership team.
- Ability to manage effectively in a highly matrix environment
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Demonstrate soft skills: work well under stress; able to deliver excellent quality results with minimum direction and detail; professional; strong leadership qualities; self-starter
- Must be solid team player, able to meet deadlines, and handle changing priorities
