The ideal candidate is a self starter who has the ability to take a project and run with it on their own.   Technical Requirements ·         Five or more years experience in IT system deployment and 3rd level support. ·         Expert in Microsoft Exchange 2003 or 2007 ·         Demonstrated technical proficiency in Windows Server2000/2003, MS Clustering, Active Directory & GPOs, Blackberry BES servers and other related areas with troubleshooting at the expert level including use of troubleshooting tools within large network environments ·         Solid background in hardware support (Dell) ·         Current knowledge and expertise with Citrix, VMWare preferred ·         Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills at the System Engineer level with sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level ·         Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals.   **** Must be able to be flexible with their schedule to work late or on weekends to meet business needs.   This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting edge technology and a dynamic group of experts.
