First and Second Tier Operations Support PLUS Incident Management and Release Management

Qualifications
· Minimum of 10 years in IT Operations Experience in Datacenter management, infrastructure operations and applications operations
· Good technical knowledge and understanding of all IT support areas including infrastructure, data center, applications, network and security
· Strong process orientation and experience implementing, supporting and managing IT processes
· Strong negotiating, decision making and customer relationship skills combined with the ability to work within established process and framework
· Extensive knowledge of and/or certification in IT process standards and frameworks such as ITIL
