Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Prior experience developing Affirmative Action Plans
Knowledge of OFCCP regulations
Excellent analytical skills; experience with data manipulation and statistical analysis
Strong written and oral skills
Knowledge of Peoplesoft and applicant tracking systems a plus
