MBA graduates with consulting and/or healthcare industry experience to join a team and rapidly advance into leadership positions.

We want to help qualified MBA’s become well-rounded healthcare consultants — the future leaders in our business. A well-rounded consultant has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong fundamental business skills, and experience in consulting. Candidates proficient in all three dimensions will be considered for the Associate level, our primary team leader level.

Drawing on previous consulting or industry experience, case team leaders oversee critical analyses, formulate work plans, prepare and deliver client presentations, manage relationships with existing clients and support the development of new relationships. With experience, a proactive career development program will prepare consultants to become more actively involved in client development and firm-wide leadership.

Candidate Must Have :
* MBA from a top-ranked business school
* Minimum of 3 years experience in strategy consulting and/or the healthcare industry (i.e., medical devices, biotech, pharmaceuticals)
* Team management experience
* Exceptional quantitative skills
