Position on CIB Finance team developed in support of the multi-currency OracleGL implementation. Candidate responsibilities will include the following: Document Finance user data and reporting requirements. Analyze and document subsystem process, accounting and data flows. Develop functional design documents for subsystem data feeds. Perform analysis and data mapping of subsystem feeds to existing data model. Gather requirements and document Finance user specifications for subsystem feeds to OracleGL. Develop and implement comprehensive UAT test scripts for data load and GL reconciliation processes. Design and build automated reconciliation prototypes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data in the warehouse. Document and lead formal end user training sessions. Manage migration of existing user data extraction and reporting processes. Serve as subsystem SME in support of Finance for business unit initiatives and system modifications and upgrades. Liaison to CIB Technology and internal business partners in implementing comprehensive data and reporting solution. Superior project management skills. Fixed Income product and accounting experience. OracleGL and/or multi-currency ledger and reporting experience. Development experience with Microsoft Access and Excel, including query building, data joins and macro and VBA automation. Strong working knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Experience with reporting tools like Essbase. Strong work ethic, flexibility, and time management skills, as hours will vary depending upon deadlines. Minimum BA degree. Take-charge attitude, proven leadership skills, and team player. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
